• Week 3: Who really has the power? - We will discuss control and management at the ownership level, governing body level, and day to day management, exploring a variety of scenarios to consider. 
• Week 4: The Four D's and Ownership- We will discuss the Four D's and their impact on your company.  Divorce, Death, Disability and Deal. Each impacts your company; plan for it now.
